Suite 1981 is a chic space located in Douglasville, GA which offers 2400sq of clean palate to tantalize any designer's creativity. We are a premier event space that offers a unique look and embraces panache ideas.

    YES
  • How much is the deposit to secure a date?
    $200
  • Is Alcohol allowed at the venue?
    YES, but an insurance or liability waiver may be required. (only for alcohol sale)
  • What is the maximum guest occupancy?
    70 seated and max of 100 people standing
  • Is there a Kitchen?
    There is a kitchenette but no open stove flames are allowed
  • Is smoking allowed on the property?
    Smoking, Vaping or use of E-cigarette are not allowed inside the premises.
  • Will early access to the property be allowed on the day of the event?
    We normally stick to the contracted hours but exceptions could be made if possible.
  • What is an FAQ section?
